Privlaka also offers two condominium complexes, Sabunike and Škrapavac, featuring bungalows and villas with rooms and condominiums, located directly by the sea. Sabunike is famous for its sandy beach, spreading approximately 20 km in length from the historical town Nin through Sabunike to the island of Vir, and its main feature are warm, long and shallow sandy lagoons.
Because of the shallow sea and the indentedness of the coast, the water is 2 times warmer than in the open sea. The water temperature in the summer reaches 25-27 °C. |
Because of the mentioned features and because it offers the opportunity to play in the sand, this beach is perfect for children. Within the complex there are convenience stores, a market, a bakery, restaurants, telephone booths, an entertainment centre for children, as well as numerous other facilities essential for the stay and the relaxation of tourists that visit Privlaka.
Her you can spend your vacation far away from the crowd and forget all your worries in the luxury condominiums. On a nearby beach you can enjoy geothermal mud, which helps with rheumatism and chronic skin conditions and has been used since the Roman times.
Apart from its sandy beaches, Sabunike is known for its long sunsets, and in September and October this is a surfers’ paradise. Because of the wind form Velebit, Sabunike is the most famous surfer destination, next to Bol on the island of Brač.
Sandy hills and beautiful and peaceful sandy beaches are located in the south part of Škrapavac and spread to the condominium complex Zaton. The hotel "Laguna" is located in Škrapavac. |
